Why is there no sound coming from the game on my iPad?

Have you checked the switch on the side of your device? In our game, turning off this switch mutes the game. If turning on the switch doesn’t unmute the game, see here for more details.

If you are still experiencing difficulty, force quitting and relaunching the app might resolve this.

Why can’t I hear any music coming from the game?

Sometimes if you are switching to other apps that also use sound, your device can get confused and stop playing certain kinds of sound. Closing other apps, force quitting and relaunching our app should resolve this.

I logged in and I lost some of the progress that I made - what can I do?

The issue you're experiencing may be caused by how the app is being closed. When you hit your device's Home button, the app stays running in the background. When this happens the app continues to run until your connection to our server times out. This can often result in small amounts of progress being lost. We always recommend that you close the app by quitting or logging out under the Options menu.
