We are aware of an issue currently affecting all players with accounts created and logging in through Facebook. At this time, these accounts are unable to access or play My Singing Monsters due to a server authentication issue with Facebook.
While the Monster-Handlers are working to resolve the ongoing Facebook Login issue, we would like to reassure all players affected that your account progress is preserved and is not impacted by Facebook's login server issues. Our teams are working diligently with Facebook to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the process. Once the issue is resolved, the accounts of all players impacted will be credited with Diamonds for playtime lost.
